1. Products & License

   • All products sold on the Site are digital Dolibarr modules or custom code (“Digital Products”).

   • Upon payment, you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the Digital Product on one Dolibarr instance per license, unless otherwise specified.

2. Payment & Delivery

   • We accept payment via PayPal. All transactions are subject to PayPal’s terms and security measures.

   • As soon as payment is confirmed, you will receive download instructions by email.

   • No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Refunds & Returns

   • Apex Tech Mods does not accept returns or issue refunds once a Digital Product has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

   • Please review product details carefully before purchase.

4. Support & Updates

   • Minor bug‑fix updates are provided free of charge for 90 days from purchase.

   • Major version upgrades and custom development are offered at our discretion and may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

   • All Digital Products, documentation, and related materials are © Apex Tech Mods.

   • You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse‑engineer any part of the Product.

6. Limitation of Liability

   • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Tech Mods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products.

7. Governing Law

   • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
